We are looking for a strong leader to join our construction team. This person needs to have basement repair experience, and read and speak English. The Supervisor position will work directly with the sales team, customer and employees. This position offers competitive wages, perks, advancement, and overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to dig next to the foundation wall with a loader.
• Be able to install steel beams and push a wall.
• Train and motivate employees.
• Talk and educate customers.
• Load and unload materials.
• Dig ditches and trenches.
• Perform manual labor.
• Drive vehicles.
• Drive company trucks (Must have valid WI driver's license.)
• Will reimburse CDL class A training, once you drive for 1 year for us.
• Must pass drug and background check.
